I would just like to make a tribute to those that have left us in the past week.... from the known to the unknown... you'll be remembered....
When I was a kid, I never really thought of death or anything. Though I always thought I was going to die soon. I was born with dry skin, so my fingers are usually wrinkle, comparable to my grandpa's hands. So I always thought that I was gonna soon. I don't recall I tried to live my life to its fullest.. :P
ReplyDeleteAnyways, as I get older, working at different places, I encounter many things. My buddy Manuel's passing away is the first one I have since my grandpa's death. Manuel is like my second grandpa (the age gap), as I have always wondered what its like to be able to talk to my grandpa like a friend, getting yelled at by him and yelling at him :P It was a good three months that we shared and seeing him go was really hard for me.
Seeing my professor passed away, and all those news about people dying, it's a burden for me emotionally, especially those whom I can relate to.
But I am glad that Jesus died for us and leave us with this book called "Bible". A book like no other, the words inside comfort me when I needed a comforting "hand" the most. :)
Let us study the bible well!
